We've been serving financial institutions for over 51 years...

1963
IRIS' parent company, Dozier Bank Vault Company began as a vault and safe repair company for financial institutions in North Texas.

1968
Expanded services to include bank alarm systems.

1970
Changed our name to The Security Center and established ourselves as a premier provider of security solutions for Texas financial institutions.

1994
Developed and received the first U.S. patent for the Digital Video Recorder. In other words, we invented the DVR...we called it IRIS.

1994
Began distributing IRIS products nationwide through an expansive dealer network that continues to grow today.

2003
Received the first of several endorsements from large statewide associations.

2004
Introduced TotalVison-4, a smaller DVR designed for installation inside of ATMs.

2005
Introduced the first wall-mounted "touch screen" Digital Video Recorder - TotalVision-TS.

2008
Introduced TotalVision-FX, an enhanced, faster version of the TotalVision-TS, expandable to 32 video channels.

2010
Introduced its first I.P. DVR with no mechanical drives or moving parts - the ATM SiteWatch. Perfect for ATMs.

Fall 2010
IRIS introduced "hybrid" options for its TotalVision and DVS DVRs.

2011
Launched new website and adds Pixim technology to its Cameras!

 

2013
Introduced Eyz-On Camera Video Recorder - an I.P. camera with full DVR functions.

2014
Expanded its Surveillance Camera line to include 800TVL resolution and 130dB WDR.

2016
Introduced its 960HD Series of hybrid DVRs, accepting analog, I.P., and HD-TVI inputs.
